The world where we live is called planet Earth. It is huge. To walk around it without stopping would take you two years. But if you far away in space, the Earth would look like a small blue disk the size of this "o". The Earth is one of a group of planets that circle a star we call the Sun. It is the light and warmth from the Sun that has helped life develop on Earth. So far we have not found life anywhere else.
